If you are selecting the BYOB option, an email will be sent within 24-72 business hours for you to confirm the information provided in your order.
When shipping bundles to our PO Box, please be sure to include your order number in the package.
Once order has been placed, you will have 14 days to ship your hair before your order is cancelled/refunded.
Once you have shipped your bundles, send an email with your order # along with the tracking and shipping information to teeluxurioushair@gmail.com.
You (The Client) is responsible for providing clean bundles and lace for your custom unit. Please do not send wet, dirty or oily hair. If hair is received in any of the stated conditions, your wig will not be constructed and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
All wigs whether its BYOB or TLHB bundles, require 3-4 bundles along with a lace closure or lace frontal.
TLHB is not responsible for incorrect measurements. The wig will be constructed using the measurements provided by the client. In order to retrieve true and accurate measurements, you must measure your head on a flat canvas. If you need a guide on how to measure your head, please reach out to us via email for further assistance.
All wigs are made with mesh dome caps.
Frontals require adhesive.
If you are providing old bundles that have been previously cut, the cut bundles must be 6 inches or longer. If you provide cut wefts that are shorter than 6 inches, your hair will be returned to sender and a refund will be issued. (WE DO NOT ACCEPT MINI PIECES OF BUNDLES)
Yes we accept old bundles that were previously used for a sew in or from an old wig. WE DO NOT accept old bundles that were used for a quickweave with glue. Bundles received in this condition is an automatic refund and your hair will be returned to shipper.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PREVIOUSLY USED/CUT CLOSURES OR FRONTALS!
If it is noticed that the BYOB hair is of bad quality, TLHB has all rights to refuse service. For additional information regarding processing time/shipping, please refer to our FAQs/Policies.
