  • Once my order is placed, how long does it take to process?"
    Processing takes 24-72 business hours to allow your payment to clear.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently Tee’Luxurious Hair Boutique is only shipping orders within the U.S. We are looking to expand internationally. Once this shipping option becomes available, we will be sure to advise. Because orders are processed in a timely manner, we offer only one shipping type which is standard shipping with a 2-3 business days delivery timeframe. The shipping process will take place after the 48-hour processing hold to allow your payment to clear. During sales/promotions, processing/shipping may take up to an additional 5-8 business days. Processing/shipping times for custom wigs can take up to 21 days.
  • Do you allow refunds?
    Due to the nature of the business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be accepted unless there is an error on the sellers behave. (Please be advised that ALL orders are inspected before being packaged and shipped and will include an invoice of your purchase. Proof of seller at fault is needed to qualify for a refund.) PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CUSTOM UNITS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND/EXCHANGE.
  • Do you allow exchanges?

  • When will I receive my tracking information?
    Tracking information will be sent once your order is ready to ship. Please be advised that shipping timeframes differ depending on how your order is placed. Ready to ship units are typically released on Fridays and will ship the following business days. If shipping is expected on another day, this will be specified during the sale. Pre-Orders have a turnaround of 7-28 business days. (This does not include weekends or holidays.). Please allow 24 hours after receiving the email for tracking activity to become available.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Ready To Ship (RTS) are units that are already constructed/customized and ready to ship by the stated shipping date. The only allowed changes for RTS units are adding or removing baby hair. For BYOB Orders, changes can be made prior to your unit being contructed. Once constructed/customized, the only other allowed changes are removing or adding baby hair.
  • How long does shipping take?
    After your order has been processed and tracking information has been sent, you should expect to receive your package within 2-3 business days. *Please note that once your order has been placed with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX etc.), it is now out of our control. If you are experiencing delayed issues, please be sure to contact the carrier with your tracking number for further assistance.*
  • How much do you charge for shipping?
    ALL wig purchases have a flat rate shipping of $10.00 ALL accessories purchases have a flat rate shipping of $5.00 If you have a purchase that include both a wig and accessories, you must select the wig shipping of $10.00 at check out.
  • Are packages shipped on the weekend or holidays?
    Packages are shipped Monday through Friday; however, packages are NOT shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping of a custom unit?
    Bring Your Own Bundles (B.Y.O.B) require a turnaround of 14 business days once hair is received. When providing hair for BYOB, please provide tracking information via email so that TLHB can keep track of when hair is delivered to our PO Box. Ready To Ship (RTS) is typically shipped within 72 business hours after order is placed. Pre-Orders require a turnaround of 7-28 business days. All units are shipped via USPS Priority Mail of 2-3 business days.
  • Can my shipping address and billing address be different?
    NO! Your shipping address MUST match your bill to address. If these addresses do not match, this will result in an automatic cancellation of your order.
  • What is a custom unit?
    A custom unit is a wig made from scratch using bundles and lace. Ready to Ship, BYOB and Pre-Orders are all considered custom units.
  • Pre-Order Units
    Pre-Orders Are Only Accepted Between The First Friday - Sunday Of Every Month Turn-Around Is 7-28 Business Days. (Business Days Will Start After Pre-Orders Are Closed on Monday.) If You Know You Are Unable To Wait The Timeframe, Please Do Not Place An Order As Orders Are Fulfilled In The Order In Which They Are Received Pre-Orders Are Constructed Using The Standard Size Measurements Of Small, Medium & Large (21-23 Circumference) An Address Verification Email Will Be Sent Prior To Shipping. Please Be Advised That Your Order Will Not Ship Until Your Address Has Been Confirmed Every Wig On Our Site Is Constructed, Styled and Colored By TLHB. When Ordering A Remake, Please Be Advised That We Replicate NOT Duplicate! Pre-Orders Have The Same Final Sale Policy As Ready To Ship. If For Any Reason Within The 7-28 Business Days You Request To Cancel An Order Prior To It Being Shipped, You Will Be Subject To A 20% Restocking Fee! Please keep in mind that when ordering a pre-order unit, it is possible for the unit to have some differences when it comes to the remaking of a colored unit; Highlights, lowlights, etc. Although we will strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee a cloned customization. Tee’Luxurious Hair Boutique will only advertise customized units made by Tee’Luxurious Hair Boutique ONLY.
  • Do you offer refund/exchange on Pre-Order, RTS or BYOB Units?
    Due to customization, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on Pre-Order, RTS or BYOB units. It is imperative that when ordering a custom unit, you provide accurate measurements. Tee’Luxurious Hair Boutique will not be responsible for incorrect measurements. (This is only for units where TLHB retrieved your own personal measurements!) If there is an issue with the fit of your unit, please be sure to contact us via email regarding the issue. We will go over the measurements to confirm accuracy. If you advise that the measurements are still as is, TLHB will require either a face to face or FaceTime call to review the measurements. (This is only for units where TLHB retrieved your own personal measurements!) If it is determined that TLHB is at fault, your unit will be reconstructed at no additional cost to you. If it is determined the client is at fault, your unit can be reconstructed at a 50% discount plus at $25.00 fee to deconstruct the unit. (This is only for units where TLHB retrieved your own personal measurements!) Please keep in mind that when ordering a custom unit, it is possible for the unit to have some differences. Although we will strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee a cloned customization.   • Can I provide my own bundles for customization?
    Yes, Tee’Luxurious does have a B.Y.O.B (Bring Your Own Bundles) option available for wig customization.
  • Do you provide coloring services for B.Y.O.B.?
    Yes TLHB offers color service for B.Y.O.B, however we cannot guarantee the same look or outcome with your provide your own bundles. Because we are not aware of the vendor for the bundles you provide, if you wish to proceed with coloring, please be advised that TLHB is not responsible for any damages that could possibly occur during the coloring process.
  • Mannequin VS Reality
    TLHB takes pride in providing quality and honest work. When receiving your customer unit, whether it is a RTS, BYOB or Pre-Order unit, TLHB follows the same steps and process when creating all units. If it is stated on the site that a previously made unit was constructed with 12 inch bundles, TLHB will use 12 inch bundles to remake the unit. Rest assure, what you see is what you get, however please keep in mind the differences between the mannequins face frame and your face frame. What may look like shoulder length on the mannequin, may not appear as shoulder length on you if your face, neck etc differs from the mannequin. Units can appear shorter/longer on you than on the mannequin. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out for clarity.
  • Does the Wig Warranty have to be purchased in the same order of my custom unit purchase? Ready to Ship or Pre-Order
    Yes. In order to qualify for the wig warranty, you must purchase the warranty in the same order of your custom unit purchase.
  • Does B.Y.O.B qualify for the Wig Warranty?
    No. B.Y.O.B does not quality for our Wig Warranty program. Wig Warranty is only for TLHB Units that are constructed with hair provided by TLHB.
  • How long does the hair last?
    With proper care, the hair can last 12-24 months
  • Payment Processing
    Our preferred method of payment is PayPal as it is one of the most trusted, secure and safest ways to make online payments. For your protection and ours, we accept the following payment types; Visa Mastercard American Express Payments are always 100% upfront. As soon as your order is placed, your card will be charged. Once an order has been placed, there is a 24-48 business hour hold period to allow your payment to clear. To prevent fraud, it is imperative that your billing and shipping address match for your order to be processed successfully. An address verification email is sent prior to shipping all orders. Although you may receive tracking information, please be advised that your order will not ship until confirmation has been received regarding the shipping address.   • Lost/Stolen Package
    Please be advised that once a package has been shipped, it is out of our (TLHB) control. If you have any issues with delays, lost or a stolen package, please be sure to contact the carrier with tracking information provide to file a claim. TLHB is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages.
  • Does the hair shed?
    Just like our natural hair, all hair sheds, however with proper care and maintenance you’ll experience minimal shedding.
  • How much does each bundle weigh?
    Each bundle is weighed at approximately 3.2 – 3.5oz.
  • Are the wefts cut for Custom, BYOB and Pre-Order Units?
    YES! The wefts are cut for custom, byob and pre-order units. If you do not want for your wefts to be cut, TLHB will not be able to service you at this time.
  • Can I dye the hair?
    Because the hair is 100% virgin, YES, you can dye the hair. Please be advised that once the hair has been tampered with in any way, it is no longer considered virgin hair. We do recommend that you seek professional assistance if planning to dye the hair.
  • How often should I condition the hair?
    It is recommended that you deep condition the hair at least 2-3 times a week to keep the hair moisturized and for longevity.
  • How many bundles do I need for a full head? *Please be advised that the responses below are suggestions. The term “FULL” can be described differently in many ways.*
    Lengths 12 – 22 inches: 3 bundles or more Lengths 24-30 inches: 4 bundles or more Lengths 30 and up inches: 5 bundles or more
  • What color are my bundles?
    Tee’Luxurious hair comes in natural black or brown colors.
  • Can I apply heat to my hair?
    Yes, you can apply heat to the hair, however we do recommend using a heat serum or spray to prevent heat damage.
  • Are your lace frontals/closures and wigs pre-plucked?
    Yes, all of our products come pre-plucked.
  • Are any items exempt from the "Luxdoll" promo code?"
    Yes! The promo code Luxdoll cannot be used when purchasing a ready to ship, custom or pre-order unit.

    TLHB offers 3 different shipping options. Accessories only: $5.00 Accessory Shipping Wig Shipping without Insurance: $10.00 - Please be advised that by selecting this option, you are choosing not to insure your investment if lost/stolen in transit. TLHB is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once it is in the hands of the carrier. Wig Shipping with Insurance: $19.99 - When insurance is added, your item will be protected if lost/stolen. The insurance will be provided by the carrier and must be claimed through the carrier. TLHB is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once it is in the hands of the carrier. All communication must be between the customer and the carrier.
